Products & Orders

Product Information: We strive to ensure the accuracy of product images, descriptions, and prices on the website. However, the flavor of tea, the natural patterns and colors of crystals, and the experience of using moxa sticks may vary individually. Images are for reference only, and the actual product may have reasonable deviations.

Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only deemed formally accepted by us, and a sales contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email or when the order has been shipped.

Pricing & Errors: Product prices are subject to change. Prices for confirmed orders are not affected. In the event of an obvious pricing error, regardless of the cause, we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipment and notify you.

Inventory & Out-of-Stock: All products have limited stock. If an item sells out after you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: This website and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of DAOHARMONY or its content providers and are protected by international copyright laws.

Seller: For sales to regions outside of China, DAOHARMONY is the exporter. Goods will be declared according to the customs regulations of the destination country.
