We primarily offer shipping services to many countries and regions worldwide. Please note that some countries have special import restrictions on botanical products (such as tea and moxa sticks). Shipping to these regions carries the risk of packages being detained or returned by customs. The associated responsibilities and costs shall be borne by the buyer.

How much is shipping?

  •Real-time Calculation: For orders below the threshold, shipping costs are automatically calculated in real-time at checkout based on total product weight and destination. You can confirm the final cost before payment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

(Excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Order Processing Time: 2-5 business days

Express Shipping Time: 6-8 business days

Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 business days

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your package in two ways:

  •Email Notification: Once your order is shipped, the system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, containing the tracking number and a query link

  •Account Inquiry: You can log into your website account anytime and check the order status and logistics information in the "Tracking order" section.

Why has my package been shipped, but the tracking information hasn't updated?

Due to international shipping processes, packages may take 3-5 days to arrive at the airport of the international freight hub.

After customs clearance, the package may have been handed over to the local postal service for final delivery, and tracking systems sometimes update asynchronously.

Our Suggestion: If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 business days, please inform us of the order number and specific situation via the customer service email. We will assist you in initiating an inquiry with the logistics carrier.
